Returns
I really do want you to be happy with your order so if you are not completely satisfied or have any concerns, please contact me immediately. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery and be in a new/unused condition. All postage fees are at the buyers cost so do ask if you need a fabric sample before purchase. If there is a genuine fault with the product, ​I will replace or refund.​

Bespoke custom sized eiderdowns are non returnable, so please take care with your measuring.

​Acknowledgement & acceptance of order
​I will notify you by e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, however acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered and I will e-mail you again to confirm dispatch.​

Accuracy of content
I take every care to ensure information on this site is accurate; however some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. I will endeavour to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. Should an error occur you will be given the option of either (a) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the correct description or price or (b) retracting your offer and receiving a full refund if the goods have been paid for. ​​
